Another successful meeting of the Dinner Club. Held at the home of Tita Agnes and Tito Rudy on the 2nd of March 2013. The cooks were:
- Celine for the Entree : Homemade Chicken Sausage Rolls served with a Spicy Tomato Chutney
- Joy for the Mains: Salmon with Lemmon Butter served with a warm pumpkin and feta salad and potato chips
- Jeanne for Dessert: Little Mango Cake served with Homemade Coconut Sorbet
- Coffee and Tea with a Birthday Surprise prepared by Jeanne and Jessica
Wines were Champagne Duperrey Premier Cru Brut and for those who wanted something lighter was Oakvale Apple Cider. Tita Agnes also opened a Tempus Two Copper Moscato.
Ryan is also celebrating his birthday. Jeanne prepared a cake and Jessica made macarons.
