Honey Mustard Dressing

For green salads & any tomato or avocado based salad

Shake together in a jar 1/4 cup neutral oil (e.g. grapeseed), 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp honey, 2 tsp wholegrain mustard, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 clove crushed garlic, 1/2 tsp salt and lots of ground black pepper. Store in fridge.
