Pan De Sal

Put in bread maker pan:

  • 4 teaspoon yeast (Tandaco dry yeast)
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 300mls warm water

Mix until yeast is dissolved and set aside for 30 minutes.

  • 4 cups plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons gluten flour
  • 2 tablespoons powder milk
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Set in dough (1 hour 25 minutes) Reset, press at the end of dough.

Cut the dough in 2. Form 2 snakes, cut into small pieces. Roll into bread crumbs. Cook for 20 minutes 150°C.
