Spaghetti Bolognese Authentico
Heat oil in saucepan and fry onion, garlic and mince until brown. Add tomato paste and remaining ingredients cover and simmer gently for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice. Meanwhile boil Leggos spaghetti noodles until it is al dente (approx 9 minutes). Drain and serve with sauce poured over. Top with grated parmesan cheese if desired.
