Payments for the hotel can be made upon your arrival, but penalties will apply if you cancel too close to the day booked. There are still limited accommodation, so be quick and book early. Following have advised intentions to come during the day but not staying overnight:

Saturday, 29 December

| 9:00 am | Arrive at Belmore All- Suite Hotel and collect entry tickets for Jamberoo Action Park |
| 9:30 am | Leave hotel and head on to Jamberoo Action Park in time for 10:00am opening and meet with other friends: Sony & family, Joy, etc. |
| 10:00am – 5:00pm | Jamberoo Action Park (see http://www.jamberoo.net for Park Attractions) |
| 5:30-6:30 pm | Have group dinner? ... Go ahead - fill the form and suggest!!! |
| 6:30 pm | Head back to hotel / home. |
Sunday, 30 December
- Check-out by 10:00am
- Free cooked breakfast at hotel
- Group could decide to go home straight or visit other places on the way back to Sydney.
