Another successful meeting of the Dinner Club. Held at the home of Tita Agnes and Tito Rudy on the 2nd of March 2013. The cooks were:<\/p>\n

  1. Celine for the Entree : Homemade Chicken Sausage Rolls served with a Spicy Tomato Chutney<\/li>\n
  2. Joy for the Mains: Salmon with Lemmon Butter served with a warm pumpkin and feta salad and potato chips<\/li>\n
  3. Jeanne for Dessert: Little Mango Cake served with Homemade Coconut Sorbet<\/li>\n
  4. Coffee and Tea with a Birthday Surprise prepared by Jeanne and Jessica<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Tito Nomer, Ryan and Tita Sony<\/p><\/div>\n

    Wines were Champagne Duperrey Premier Cru Brut and for those who wanted something lighter was Oakvale Apple Cider. Tita Agnes also opened a Tempus Two Copper Moscato.<\/p>\n

    Ryan is also celebrating his birthday. Jeanne prepared a cake and Jessica made macarons.<\/p>\n
