This is our dining room. Like most Australian household, this is perhaps the least used room. If not for the repairs needed, this room is being repainted only to match the colour of the rest of the house. However, the curtains have been a heavy burden to the ceiling where the curtain rails are anchored. Over the years, I have been moving the anchors because the ceiling has been weakened and therefore it had become a tatter of holes. <\/p>\n

Before repainting this room, I had solicited help of a professional to add timber around the ceiling where the curtain rails are to be remounted. Here is the finished room and some work in progress shots.<\/p>\n\n\n
