Fancy Schmancy Dinner No. 5

Another successful meeting of the Dinner Club. Held at the home of Tita Agnes and Tito Rudy on the 2nd of March 2013. The cooks were:

1. Celine for the Entree : Homemade Chicken Sausage Rolls served with a Spicy Tomato Chutney
2. Joy for the Mains: Salmon with Lemmon Butter served with a warm pumpkin and feta salad and potato chips
3. Jeanne for Dessert: Little Mango Cake served with Homemade Coconut Sorbet
4. Coffee and Tea with a Birthday Surprise prepared by Jeanne and Jessica

Tito Nomer, Ryan and Tita Sony

Wines were Champagne Duperrey Premier Cru Brut and for those who wanted something lighter was Oakvale Apple Cider. Tita Agnes also opened a Tempus Two Copper Moscato.

Ryan is also celebrating his birthday. Jeanne prepared a cake and Jessica made macarons.
